WHEN DOES THE GATHERING BEGIN?

Our time together will begin with an off-property reception starting at 6:00 PM on Sunday, January 29. Cars will begin shuttling you from the hotel lobby at 5:00 PM.

Note: Parking is limited at the off-site property. Please plan to carpool if you must drive.

WHEN DOES THE GATHERING end?

Our time together will end at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, January 31. Please plan to give yourself adequate travel time back to the airport of your choice.

What airport should I fly into?

We recommend flying into Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).  The Four Seasons Santa Barbara is a 2 hour car ride north on the beautiful 101 historic highway. A limited number of flights arrive into Santa Barbara. However, due to weather conditions this can sometimes be unreliable.

What cost are you responsible for? 

You are responsible for travel costs associated with your trip. Your accommodations and food are included as part of your reservation. As the date draws closer, we will be doing our best to coordinate logistics among guests arriving at similar times.
